People are so caught up with the daily grind, on a conveyor belt that runs ever faster, they sadly skim over the question of how they want to relate to life, how they want to experience themselves moment by moment. At Life Tapestry, clients learn to loosen the knots of self-doubt and oppressive expectations; stop absorbing others’ negativity; and process life’s unavoidable pain in healthy ways. Therapy is a proactive, creative, safe environment for you to identify your happy place and walk the steps from here to there.
I see adults for individual therapy. (Medicare-subsidised therapy is available under a Mental Health Treatment Plan prepared by your GP). I also treat couples in relationship distress.
